Facility Use Policy

Usage of the Mazarin Health SPA facilities- such as the indoor pool, sauna, Hamam, Razul, Gym.

The operating hours for our outdoor swimming pool are 09:00 – 18:50.

Beach/Pool Towels

In the instance that pool towels / and or towel card are not returned, a fee of €10 per towel will apply.

Minimum Check-in Age Policy

Guests must be 16 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check-in to a room.

Late Check-out

Late Check-out can only be confirmed, one day prior to guest departure. Additional cost applies. 

Late Arrival/Early Departure

Reservations are not eligible for refund in the event of late arrivals or early departures. In the event of a cancellation or early departure the room will be released back to the hotel’s general inventory.
 

Cancellation Policy

For reservations cancelled up to 20 days prior to arrival, there is no applicable cancellation fee.

No Show Policy

Reservations will be held for 48 hours from the scheduled arrival date. Reservations are not eligible for refunds in the event of a no show.

Packages

Packages are sold as a whole. Payment is requested upon check-in. It is not possible to be refunded for any services not used.
 

Check-in

At your check in your credit card will be required or a cash deposits for your consumption at the hotel. At your check out the balance will settle accordingly.

Payment Policy

All services are charged at your room and paid at your check-out or anytime during your stay at the reception. We are pleased to accept cash and major credit card.
 

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

We regret that smoking is not permitted in any guests’ rooms, suites, restaurants or indoor public spaces.

Left Belongings

Luggage / Shower Room

Luggage room is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the Hotel’s option. Shower rooms are also available.

Half – Board Meal Plan

When you book the half board meal option plan, breakfast and dinner are served in the Emerald Restaurant. Breakfast is served in a buffet style and dinner is a 5-course a la carte menu. Dinner cannot be exchanged for lunch.

For HB guests whose arrival time is after 21:30, cold plates cab be sent to guestrooms (not transferable and cannot be used on the day of departure).
 

Dress code
Smart casual attire is required for evening dinning in all our restaurants. Beach flips flop and swim wear is not permitted. Long Trousers and Dresses are the optimal.

Pet policy
The Diamond Deluxe Hotel does not accommodate pets.
